Hall Rental Information

 Basic Hall Rental Cost and pop for the first 100 people is                  $600.00
 Deposit Due at the date of booking                                                  $250.00
 The reminder of the balance is due 30 day prior to the event              $350.00
(The remainder of the pop cost is due the Friday before the event)
 
 
Sunday rentals up to 100 people is $175.00 for rental and $25.00 for the watch for a total of $200.00. The renters will have to clean up after themselves and leave the hall as it was at the start of the event. They have to put in a $200.00 check for the deposit to be held until the event is over and ok by the watcher.   It will be $50.00 for use pop and the event is limited 3 hours long. 
 
Additional Cost
 If you are having over one hundred people at your event it is $25.00 for every additional one hundred people for the cost of pop.  (This includes Pepsi products, ice, soda water and tonic. The glasses are not included check with the caterers.)
 
Bar Information
 When renting the social hall you are allowed 6 hours of bar time per event. If you are going to exceed this there is an additional cost.
 
There are three options when it comes to bartending
1.      You may provide your own bartenders
2.      Certain Caterers provide bartending service
3.       Bartend could be provided at the cost of $70.00 per Bartender
 
The fire department does not provide the alcohol for your event. You are responsible for providing this and any mixers such as orange juice or cranberry juice you might need. 
 
If you are purchasing beer we suggest you use Venanzi’s Distributing
located in Monongahela it is only a suggestion.
